These terms govern your use of Shoprivet at shoprivet.io and related services. By creating an account or using Shoprivet, you agree to these terms.

The service

Shoprivet lets you add a shopping cart and online store to a website you already have, use a hosted storefront, or build with the Shoprivet API. Features and plan limits are described on the pricing page and may change over time.

Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure.
You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live.

Your content and stores

You own the store content you upload (products, images, text, and related data).
You grant Shoprivet a limited license to host and display that content as needed to run the service.
You are responsible for products you list, descriptions, pricing, inventory, fulfillment, customer support, refunds, and legal compliance for your sales.
You must not use Shoprivet for illegal goods, fraud, spam, or content that infringes others’ rights.

Payments and billing

Customer checkout payments are processed by the payment gateways you connect. Shoprivet does not hold those customer funds.
You must comply with your payment providers’ terms and fees.
Paid Shoprivet plans are billed as described on the pricing page. Platform subscription billing is handled by Paddle.
Paid plans renew until you cancel. You can manage billing in the dashboard.
Plan limits (stores, products, orders, gateways, branding, and similar) apply as listed on the pricing page.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse Shoprivet, including by attempting to break security, overload the service, scrape without permission, or interfere with other users.

Open source and self hosting

Shoprivet source code may be available under its open source license on GitHub. These website terms apply to the hosted Shoprivet service. If you self host, the software license for that code also applies.

Availability

We aim to keep Shoprivet available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice when practical.

Disclaimer

Shoprivet is provided “as is” to the extent allowed by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non infringement, except where they cannot be excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Shoprivet and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost profit damages, or for amounts greater than the fees you paid to Shoprivet for the service in the three months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using Shoprivet and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create risk for the service or other users.

Changes

We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
